Housekeeping fell short with our towels not being replaced during a three-day stay!!! Maintenance is needed for luggage carts, which were outdated and falling apart!!! Trash accumulation in common areas was quite unsightly!!!

All fine, but noise issues

i had a fantastic stay during my city break! my previous visits in maumelle always met expectations, but this time i was delighted by the hand-written welcome note and fresh cookies upon arrival. the walk-in shower was spacious and the breakfast featured a variety of options like scrambled eggs and waffles, making each morning enjoyable.

the room lacked extra pillows.

Housekeeping could use a serious overhaul—during my entire three-night visit, they didn't replace towels or clean the room on a day when we were out for hours. The room's air conditioning system blew directly into my face while I was trying to sleep, making for a restless night. Finally, I was awakened too early by breakfast preparations due to insufficient soundproofing, which might be a bother for light sleepers.

The lobby's modern decor and spacious seating made it feel welcoming. Cleanliness was impressive, creating an inviting atmosphere that I truly appreciated during my stay. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the lovely weather.

More accessible seating options would be helpful.

The location is perfect for exploring Maumelle and North Little Rock. The lobby looked fantastic. it had a modern design and felt welcoming. My room, a King Non-Smoking, offered a comfortable bed. The bathroom was impressive with a walk-in shower that was really spacious. Breakfast offered a decent variety, like scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, making mornings enjoyable. However, my room had a faint smell that lingered, probably from a pet previous guests had. The carpet could use an upgrade. it looked a bit worn and frayed in areas. On a couple of occasions, I noticed housekeeping missed replacing towels during my stay, which was a letdown. Additionally, the noise from breakfast prep was early, waking me up sooner than expected. It would be better if they had some soundproofing there.

The King Room I stayed in was nice and quiet, just like I requested. Everything was clean, and the bathroom had a fresh smell to it, which I loved. The bed was comfy, but pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. Otherwise, it was a good spot to relax after a long day.

The check-in was seamless thanks to Cisco, who exuded exceptional friendliness while ensuring everything was in order. The bathroom was immaculate, leaving a fresh aroma that added to the comfort.

Unfortunately, the pool was locked despite the lovely weather, causing disappointment for family-friendly stays. Additionally, some reported the hotel in dire need of upgrades, with outdated furniture and maintenance issues apparent.

The room was very clean and the bathroom had a fresh scent, which I loved! Unfortunately, the luggage carts were pretty worn out. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Clean rooms helped after a long drive. The breakfast items were limited and could use improvement. Convenient location near shopping and a golf course. Staff seemed friendly but had some operational issues.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The check-in process was efficient, and the recognition of my HHonors Diamond status by the front desk staff made a positive impression. I stayed in a King Room with a whirlpool tub, which provided a relaxing experience after a long day. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. The business center was well-equipped, allowing me to complete my work tasks without interruption.
